Thank you so much for supporting handmade art. Each doll in our shop is carefully crafted with love and great attention to detail. Please read our return and refund policy below:
Returns
We do not accept returns once the item has been shipped.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our dolls, all sales are final after shipping.
Refunds (Before Shipping)
If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us before the item is shipped. We are happy to issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the item is shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will do our best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking the package or filing a claim.

All dolls are handmade to order.
Processing time depends on the style and number of orders in queue.
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 months after payment is confirmed.

We ship internationally using trusted postal or courier services.
A flat international shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders, regardless of destination or quantity.

All packages come with a tracking number.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

North America: 2–4 weeks
Europe: 2–5 weeks
Asia & Australia: 1–3 weeks

We are not responsible for lost,stolen,or delayed packages once they have been handed to the postal service.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos,and we will do our best to assist.
